1. "No Doc" Program: Up to $250,000.00 to finance
   1. Completed and signed application
   2. Specific credit & collateral items must be met for program.
   3. Purchase agreement or collateral information (refinance)


2. Premium Program : $100,000.00 to finance and over
   1. Completed and signed application with a personal financial statement.
   2. Last two years of complete personal tax returns, 1040 forms.
   3. Last two years of complete corporate returns, 1120 or 1120 S forms if owner of Corporation.


3. Standard Program : $25,000.00 to $100,000.00
   1. Completed and signed application.
   2. Recent pay check stubs.
   3. Purchase agreement or collateral information (refinance)
